Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email to customer.service@novababy.co.uk or by complete the form below.  This must be done within 7 working days of receiving your order and we will offer a full refund providing the goods are received back in good condition and in the original packaging – for full details please see our full terms and conditions.

Please Note: Before we can accept a returned item, you must complete the 'Returns Form' below to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number, which we will Email to you.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

Please check your purchase as soon as it is delivered - if you find any items damaged/faulty then let us know immediately by email to customer.service@novababy.co.uk. We request that the damaged/faulty goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery and as long as this is adhered to we will ensure postage costs are refunded in full.
