No. We do not put a receipt/invoice inside any of our gift boxes or parcels. If, however, you would like a receipt/invoice then please ask us and we'll be happy to Email you one. Alternatively, if you are having the gift delivered to yourself and you want the receipt included with the delivery, again just let us know and we'll be happy to do that for you.
Unfortunately, no. It seems an obvious one, but unfortunately, the increased security concerns in hospitals means that delivery drivers requiring a signature on delivery are not being allowed onto the wards. More information can be found on our Delivery Information page.

Yes we do. We use the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service, please see our Delivery Information page.
We do email customers with a tracking reference once your gift has been dispatched. Unfortunately, the tracking reference does not show the parcel in transit but it will show you when it’s been received and signed for. Please note that this can take a few days.
