FAQ's

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders for new baby gifts and gift boxes placed prior to 2:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next day. The only exception to this is Friday when the order would be dispatched on the following Monday.

Orders for Nappy Cakes placed prior to 11:00am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 11am will be dispatched the next day.  The only exception to this is Friday when the order would be dispatched on the following Monday.

There are no pre-packed boxes I like; can I fill my own gift box with individual items?

Yes, we welcome you to do that. Click on our Fill-Your-Own-Gift-Box page and select a gift box making sure you enter your gift message, then browse all our individual gifts adding them to your basket as you shop.

I’ve selected a ‘fill your own gift box’ but will all my items be packed inside the box?

Yes, all your items will be presented in the gift box and wrapped in tissue. The only exceptions to this are our products that are too large for the gift box but these items are highlighted as so. Also, if you choose a vast selection of gifts we may have difficulty fitting all the items in the gift box so we will package them separately but still send them together with the packaged gift box.

Will a receipt or invoice be in inside my gift box?

No.  We do not put a receipt/invoice inside any of our gift boxes or parcels.  If, however, you would like a receipt/invoice then please ask us and we'll be happy to Email you one.  Alternatively, if you are having the gift delivered to yourself and you want the receipt included with the delivery, again just let us know and we'll be happy to do that for you.

Do you deliver to Hospital maternity wards?

Unfortunately, No.  It seems an obvious one, but unfortunately, the increased security concerns in hospitals means that delivery drivers requiring a signature on delivery are not being allowed onto the wards.  More information can be found on our Delivery Information page.

I want to change my order, is it too late?

As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched then we are more than happy to amend it for you. Please call us on 033 022 04268 where a friendly customer service representative will be able to help.

Do you dispatch overseas?

Yes we do.  We use the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service, and to make it easy, we have just 2 catagories: Europe = £10 and Rest of the World = £16.  For more details, and to see the HUGE list of countries in Europe, please see our Delivery Information page.

Can I track my order?

We do email customers with a tracking reference once your gift has been dispatched. Unfortunately, the tracking reference does not show the parcel in transit but it will show you when it’s been received and signed for. Please note that this can take a few days.

Where can I enter a message for my order?

If you are purchasing a ‘fill your own gift box’ the gift message box will be displayed on the product page. This is also the case if you are ordering one of our pre-packaged gift boxes. If you only wish to purchase an individual item(s) but no gift box then you can select one of our Baby Gift Cards to be added to your order..

Do you offer a guaranteed next day delivery service?

Although we do not offer this service as standard, we would be more than happy to quote for any urgent deliveries. So if you need your order guaranteed next day please contact us on 033 022 04268 where a friendly customer service representative will be able to advise.
